Who I am

This site is operated by Sam Nouri ("I", "me"). For privacy questions, use the contact form. The site lives at https://samnouri.com.

I am also the founder of ADSRUNNER. Where this site shares measurement data with ADSRUNNER for audience and campaign purposes, that sharing is described below.

What I collect

I collect information in three ways:

• Contact form. Name, email address, topic, and the message you write.
• Newsletter. Email address when you subscribe.
• Site measurement. Device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and campaign click identifiers when you arrive from paid media. This runs only when cookies are allowed under your consent choice.

How I use it

• To reply to messages you send through the contact form.
• To send occasional essays when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
• To understand how the site is used, improve the writing and conversion paths, and measure advertising that brings people here.
• To build remarketing and lookalike audiences that may be used on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and related ADSRUNNER campaigns, when you have consented to advertising cookies.

Lawful basis

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland: contact and newsletter processing is based on your request or consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are based on consent collected through the cookie banner. Elsewhere, I rely on legitimate interests in operating and improving this site, balanced against your privacy choices, including Global Privacy Control where supported.

Who I share data with

• Resend delivers contact emails and stores newsletter subscribers.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides first-party web analytics.
• Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta, and LinkedIn receive measurement events when advertising or analytics consent is granted.
• ADSRUNNER may receive aggregated and hashed audience signals from this site so that campaigns across samnouri.com and adsrunner.com can be measured together. Raw contact messages are not sold.

How long I keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation, typically up to 24 months unless a longer relationship follows. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Measurement identifiers follow each platform's retention defaults and your consent settings.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the personal data I hold about you. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Use the contact form for any of these requests.

International transfers

Some processors are based outside your country. Where required, they rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, I will update the date above and, when appropriate, note the change on the site.
